Robert’s 20 year career has led him everywhere from Cocktail Bars to Private Members clubs, Fine Dining restaurants, 5* Hotels and Nightclubs across 6 different countries.

Born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia Robert started his food & beverage journey at a cocktail bar in Tallinn in early 2000's. His passion for the trade led him to London where he continued his career at the prestigious Soho House Members Club. Over the next 8 years he was part of many of the industry's icons including Ian Schragen’s London Edition, Mint Leaf Lounge, The Botanist Sloane Square and Riding House Café to name a few. After London his journey took him through Central and South America to Buenos Aires where he spent 2 years.
Eventually his road led to Sydney where he was part of operations of leading hospitality groups and venues over the past 5 years such as Palmer & CO, Fred’s & Charlie Parker’s, QT Hotel, Bondi Hardware, Sake Restaurant, Café del Mar and more.
